Su02M Ideas Change Everything: Exploring TED Talks (Hybrid/In-Person)

In-Person | Available (Membership Required)

[NEW COURSE] We will explore the world of TED Talks, TEDx, and TED-Ed. Short for “Technology, Entertainment, Design”, TEDs are brief (4-18 minutes), informative presentations that share knowledge and ideas on a wide range of topics. In this experimental course format, we will watch a TED Talk video and discuss it, then watch another video on the same topic to discuss, compare, etc. Since this is an experimental format, participants can decide to change it if they feel another format might work better. For the first class, the topic will be “art”. For all of the remaining classes, the participants will vote on which topics to discuss from a long list of potential TED Talk topics.  Audio/Visual, Discussion

  • *This registration item is HYBRID/IN-PERSON, which means that you can attend either in-person or via Zoom.*
