Richard Resnick

Rick Resnick is a retired Assistant United States Attorney who specialized in complex fraud, including health care fraud, corporate fraud, tax fraud, public corruption, and false-claims-act cases. He recently was a guest speaker at OLLI at RIT’s Law in the News course and discussed cases that he prosecuted.
