W15M Northern Ireland with Johnny Dady: A Travelogue (Zoom)

Zoom | Registration opens 12/16/2025 10:00 AM EST

[NEW CLASS] Johnny Dady, a well-known Rochester-area Irish folk-singer, leads an annual 10-day tour to Ireland. This fall the tour group wandered through several cities and villages, some castle and monastery ruins, the Peace Wall in Derry-Londonderry, the Titanic Museum in Belfast, and pubs with live music in the evenings. One high point of the tour was an impromptu concert at the family home of Tommy Makem (of the Clancy Brothers) and another was the Giant’s Causeway. It rained every day. Audio/Visual, Lecture
