Ann Nikolai, MPA, serves as the program director for Professional & Continuing Education at Chico State. With more than 30 years of experience, she has been dedicated to expanding educational access and creating opportunities for non-traditional learners. Ann earned her Master of Public Administration from San Francisco State University in 2003 and completed the Institute of Educational Management program at Harvard University in 2001. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in sociology and Africana studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
