F35W Discussing The New Yorker Magazine (Zoom)

Zoom | Available (Membership Required)

[NEW CONTENT] Using the current issue of The New Yorker as a jumping off point, we conduct lively discussions of a very broad range of topics, from today’s culture, current events, fiction, history, and, of course, the famous cartoons. When appropriate very short videos are shown that provide background to articles being discussed. We stay one week behind the current issue so you have time to read it. We will start with the September 7 issue. Required Text: Subscription to The New Yorker Magazine, either hard copy or online version Enrollment Limit: 20  Audio/Visual, Discussion, Reading
