Fall is a great time to visit Lake Fort Smith State Park. On October 14th board your transportation or drive yourself to the Visitor Center at Lake Fort Smith. Discover the Visitor Center with a narrative video about the history of the lake. At 10:00a.m., we will board the Frog Bayou and experience the wonder of color, topography and history found only in the Boston Mountains of NWA. Discovering the wildlife that inhabits the forest around the lake is always a plus for this outing. After the boat tour lunch will be on your own at the Chester Café.

  • *Participants may follow the van to Lake Ft Smith by meeting the van at the Sam’s Club Parking lot (close to the gas station) at 8:30 a.m. Otherwise, please meet the group at Lake Fort Smith Visitor's Center by 9:45 am. Lunch is on your own at the Chester Café.
  • ** There are 2 tour dates. Please only select ONE.
