The 2008 Supreme Court decision on the right to bear arms, delivered by Justice Antonin Scalia, leads to the discussion on the Second Amendment. Alan Wooten, a partner in Conner and Winters, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, will review this decision and the last 100 years of the evolution of the interpretation of the Second Amendment. No legal knowledge is required, just a curiosity about the history of the interpretation of the Constitution by the United States Supreme Court.
