Every day, consumers face food choices...where, how, what, when, etc! Today, there is a new “old” machine designed to improve, enhance and shorten what is needed to prepare healthier meals. This class will outline the use of an electronic pressure cooker. The first session will be a demonstration of how to use it, an introduction of what is best cooked and opportunities to sample food made in an electric pressure cooker like an Instant Pot. In the second session, participants are invited to bring their own machines to prepare a delicious and quick meal themselves.

  • **This class is now being offered through our online format: Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. The date has been changed to June 2. Materials and the link to the session will be sent to all participants.
