To assist you in preparing for this class, we have provided a link to the setup / test pages from the conference provider. If you have never used this conference service before please click on the link below so that your PC or device will be ready to participate in this class.

Join virtually from your own kitchen and enjoy an evening of food prep, cooking and meal planning that will prepare you for a week of dining at home. Chef Wes Russell and his sous chef Christine Meier, will walk through recipes for five meals, sharing additional food prep options, multiple variations and answering questions.  Participants will learn ways to wisely use ingredients and meal prep tips to make simple, yet fabulous meals for just a few. Ideas will be shared for repurposing meals from the night before, so you aren’t eating the same leftovers for days.

A shopping list of ingredients, small kitchen gadgets and tools and selected pantry items will be sent in advance, with plenty of time to shop.  While the class is not focused on saving money or eating healthier, you get the benefits of both when you cook smartly.  Set up the Zoom call in your kitchen and prepare to cook one or all of the meals during this three-hour class.

  • This one session (3 hour) program will be held virtually via zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to registered participants in their program reminder prior to the start of the session.
  • The shopping list of ingredients as well as gadgets / kitchen tools will be sent to participants in time to shop prior to the program.
Russell, Wes

Wes Russell is a lifelong resident of NW Arkansas working as a chef at Magnolia Gardens Inn, Catering Unlimited and AQ Catering Concepts. Wes gave up his apron to pursue a career of computers and technology, but did not leave his love of food and cooking far behind.
