Join virtually from your own kitchen and enjoy an evening of food prep, cooking and meal planning that will prepare you for a week of dining at home. Chef Wes Russell and his sous chef Christine Meier, will walk through recipes for five meals, sharing additional food prep options, multiple variations and answering questions. Participants will learn ways to wisely use ingredients and meal prep tips to make simple, yet fabulous meals for just a few. Ideas will be shared for repurposing meals from the night before, so you aren’t eating the same leftovers for days.
A shopping list of ingredients, small kitchen gadgets and tools and selected pantry items will be sent in advance, with plenty of time to shop. While the class is not focused on saving money or eating healthier, you get the benefits of both when you cook smartly.
