Great Decisions is the United States’ largest discussion program on world affairs. OLLI at the University of Arkansas has participated in the program for the last ten years, affording adult learners the opportunity to explore major foreign policy issues and options facing our nation. This semester’s Great Decisions topics include: Energy Geopolitics, War Crimes, China and the US, Economic Warfare, Politics in Latin America, Global Famine, Iran at the Cross Roads and Climate Migration.

Facilitators will lead each week’s discussion where all participants are encouraged to offer their thoughts and opinions on these important subjects. Members will receive a briefing book, published by the Foreign Policy Association, that provides background information, context, current data and policy options for all topics discussed.

  • This 8 session course will meet at the Drake classroom, located at 4500 S. School Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72701
