Energy Consumption In The U.S.
Study Group (2-3 session | Available
Energy is the lifeblood of modern societies, and the quantities we consume are mind-boggling. How much energy do we actually consume? In what forms? Where does it come from? What are our options going forward?
Drawing primarily on data from the Energy Information Administration, Jim Wimberly, former Senior VP at Energy Security Partners, LLC, will contemplate such questions, helping us better understand how public policies could steer us towards more feasible energy outcomes (or not?).
This class will meet in person at the OLLI offices, located at 481 S. Shiloh Drive, Fayetteville, AR 72704. Please read your class reminder email for the exact room location.
Class changes occasionally happen, please watch for (and read) announcements or emails from OLLI regarding your class.
