Hike At Devil's Den State Park: Yellow Rock Trail (CR)
Hike | Available
Strap on your boots and join us for this day hike at Devil’s Den State Park. Designated as a National Recreation Trail, the Yellow Rock Trail climbs from the valley floor to one of the best views in the park. On the trail, hikers will first pass through several rock formations that showcase the unique geology of the Ozarks. On other sections of the trail, cedar glades, streams, and old structures tell a story of early settlers and Civilian Conservation Corp. life in the area. The highlight of the trail is its namesake, the Yellow Rock, which sits 300 feet above Lee Creek Valley and offers unobstructed, panoramic views.
