Class | This program is completed

The United States spends far more money per capita on healthcare for its citizens than any other developed country in the world. Tom O’Neal, a retired senior healthcare executive with 35+ years of experience, will discuss how the U.S. compares to several other countries’ healthcare systems when it comes to quality, medical outcomes, and availability of care.

Thomas O'neal

Tom O'Neal worked in health care administration for 35-plus years, beginning as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and later primarily as CEO or COO of non-profit hospitals around the country. Tom has an undergraduate college degree from Rutgers University and a Masters of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia.
