Are you a Shakespeare fan or just curious about his genius? Join us for a lively course that explores the comedic elements in his plays! While many are familiar with the tragic and historical aspects of Shakespeare, we’ll shine a light on the genuinely funny moments that often fly under the radar. Led by David Jolliffe, a founding co-director of the Arkansas Classical Theatre, this course promises to be exciting and entertaining.

David Jolliffe

In May 2018, David Jolliffe retired from the University of Arkansas, where he was Professor of English and the initial occupant of the Brown Chair in English Literacy. David Jolliffe has sung in choral ensembles in churches and communities for the past 60 years. Currently, he is a member of the parish choir at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. David Jolliffe has been surveying and participating in the theatre scene in Northwest Arkansas for the past 15 years. David Jolliffe is a founding co-director of the Arkansas Classical Theatre, which will produce Shakespeare's MUCH ADO
