Cole Saugey, with 14 years of experience training in Krav Maga, will help you discover practical and effective self-defense techniques designed for real-life situations. This training covers how to defend against wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs, and headlocks. You’ll learn essential movements, strikes, and kicks.

Cole Saugey
Coley Saugey brings 14 years of experience in training Krav Maga and holds a 4th-degree black belt in the discipline. He is a certified full instructor through KMA and has attained a green belt in Combative Jiu-Jitsu. Additionally, Coley is certified as a Defensive Tactics Instructor for Law Enforcement and holds the CT707 Law Enforcement Krav Maga Instructor Certification. He also possesses multiple NRA Instructor Certifications, including Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, and Chief Range Safety Officer. As a certified Israeli Combative Shooting Instructor, Coley has served as the lead instructor for all Krav Maga programs at the University of Arkansas from 2015 to 2020.
