Supported by the Walton Family Foundation, this nearly $31 million center serves as a vibrant hub for local food, showcasing the best agricultural and artisanal offerings from the Ozarks. Anthony Mirisciotta, the tour guide is the Director of Operations at Spring Creek Food Hub and is an accomplished leader in the local food systems sector with a passion for empowering small and underserved farmers.
