LIMBER: Limited Intuitive Movement, Balance, & Embodied Rhythms

Workshop | Registration opens Tuesday, August 19, 2025 10:00 AM

LIMBER Adaptive Movements is a gentle movement class designed for individuals with limited mobility, chronic pain, or fatigue who want to reconnect with their bodies in a joyful and supported way. Rooted in principles of somatic awareness and set to carefully curated music, this class invites participants to explore subtle, seated or standing movements that awaken the joints, release tension, and restore rhythm.

This adaptive movement class is brought to you by Julie Stagner, a certified Rosen Movement intern trainer. No experience necessary, just a willingness to move gently, breathe deeply, and feel more like yourself.

Participants are asked to wear clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring a bottle of water.

Activity Level: 1
