Join us for a special dining experience at Gaskin Steakhouse on Emma -- the newest addition to Northwest Arkansas’s culinary scene and already earning rave reviews. Many will recognize the Gaskin name from their beloved original location on the White River in Beaver, Arkansas. Now, owner Bert Jones brings the same menu, warm hospitality, and signature flavors to this elegant new Springdale venue.
As part of this exclusive experience, you’ll enjoy a preset menu featuring Gaskin’s famous Prime Rib alongside other specialties like fresh fish, pasta, and chicken -- all in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

Bert Jones is one of the long-time owners of Gaskins Steakhouse in Eureka Springs, now with a second location in Springdale.
Gaskins on Emma is the newest steakhouse in Northwest Arkansas and has been met with critical acclaim. In addition to delicious steaks and our signature Prime Rib, it also offer a variety of fish, pasta, and chicken dishes. Gaskins also has a Small Bites menu, served exclusively in our lounge. An extensive wine and spirits menu is complimented by wide selection of high quality bourbons, and our bartenders can expertly craft delicious cocktails and mocktails.
