Dine & Discover | Registration opens Tuesday, February 3, 2026 10:00 AM
Experience the timeless charm of Markham Hill, where the former Pratt Place Inn & Barn has been thoughtfully restored into a luxury boutique hotel, restaurant, and events venue. This beautiful redevelopment honors its legacy as a beloved community gathering place, blending rustic elegance with modern design and world-class amenities.
We’ll begin with a relaxing brunch in the historic house, featuring garden views and a menu crafted with global techniques that celebrate the best of local ingredients. As you dine, you’ll learn about the site’s remarkable transformation and the vision behind preserving its historic character while introducing new life to the property. After brunch, join us for a guided tour of the newly completed 78-room hotel, including a look at its serene pool, cozy firepit, and stunning 5,000-square-foot wedding venue. Discover how architecture, hospitality, and heritage come together to create an unforgettable destination perched atop Markham Hill.
