F0504C - A Planisphere to Locate Stars and Constellations in the Nighttime Sky

1 Session | This program is completed

Participants will learn about how Earth’s motions inform us about the location in the nighttime sky of visible stars and constellations. We will assemble a basic planisphere from a template printed on cardstock and learn how to use it to locate stars and constellations. Participants will learn to find and recognize stars & constellations easily visible from the driveway or back yard!
