Anna believes movement and balance work keeps us healthy and is an important key to healthy aging. No matter where you are in your journey you can build flexibility, mobility, and strength through movement. Chair yoga is a perfect way to safely practice yoga and gain the benefit and confidence in body and mind. Poses may be done while sitting or standing using the chair or wall for support.

Yoga practice has been a regular part of Anna’s life for 25 years. She took yoga teacher training YTT200 in 2010 at Vancouver Yoga and Body Work. She has continued her studies and teaching throughout the years. Along side her years of yoga Anna was a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice and often used breath work, meditation and movement to help heal her patients.
