We will be discussing the fiction novel The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett. The Vignes twin sisters are identical. While growing up together in a small, southern black town and running away at age sixteen they lead separate lives. Many years later, one sister lives with her black daughter and the other passes for white.What will happen to the next generation, when their own daughters' storylines intersect? Since July 2015 the Club has discussed over 70 books primarily non-fiction.
