Everyone is welcome. All levels. We will start where ever you are and you will be surprised at how much your flexibility and strength will improve at the end of six sessions. You will have a model for an at home practice at the end of our time together. And we will have fun doing it!!

Yoga practice has been a regular part of Anna’s life for 25 years. She took yoga teacher training YTT200 in 2010 at Vancouver Yoga and Body Work. She has continued her studies and teaching throughout the years. Along side her years of yoga Anna was a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice and often used breath work, meditation and movement to help heal her patients.
