F0502C - Chandler's Water: The Dragonfly Pond Game
1 Session | Registration opens 9/21/2026 10:00 AM MST (Arizona)
Explore how city planning works in this fun, hands-on workshop! Chandler is full of water retention ponds, but how do we choose where they go? Using a local "Dragonfly Pond" simulation, you will team up to balance housing, business, and nature. See the real-time ripple effects of your choices on the environment, then share your plan in a friendly mock community meeting. No science background needed—just your curiosity! Retired water specialist Sam Kao will be there to help and share insights.
