The presentation includes a discussion of basic desert safety rules and the essential items necessary for an enjoyable and safe desert experience on the many trails available around our metro area. The presenter will use PowerPoint slides and display actual hiking clothing and equipment.
Henry Silberblatt
Henry Silberblatt has resided in Sun Lakes for over 25 years. He and his lovely wife have logged many miles hiking together in the deserts and mountains of Arizona, California and Utah. Since 2018 Henry and his spouse have hiked with the Sun Lakes Hiking Club for 6 months of each year and they presently are hike leaders with the club.
