Femininity Reframed, an interactive journey exploring how advertisements viewed women from the 1950s to the 2020s. We’ll reflect on the shift from mid-century domestic perfection to modern authenticity, and discuss how the spectrum of femininity has expanded to gracefully embrace diverse LGBTQ+, trans, and non-binary identities today.
Keoki Mulloy
Keoki is a long-time adjunct with Chandler-Gilbert Community College. He teaches women's and gender studies. He also is the co-advisor of the college's LGBTQ student club, One Voice, a safe space for students to meet and live authentically, even if it's for one hour a week. He is a champion for women's rights as well as the rights of LGBTQ individuals, especially non-binary and transgender individuals.
