Randy Hemann
Randy Hemann has been the City Manager of Oak Ridge since November 1, 2023. Previously, he was Town Manager of Mooresville, NC. During his time there, he helped the community grow and invest in services including new police headquarters, fire station, a park, a library branch, and the largest skatepark in the southeast. Randy held various positions in city governments throughout NC before coming to Oak Ridge.
