Millicent Taylor

Millicent Taylor has an MA and PhD from the University of Tennessee with a major in international economics. She has a BA in economics from Vanderbilt University. She has worked as intelligence analyst at the CIA, working on the financial situation in the USSR. She was an associate professor at Colorado State University, and professor at Carson Newman University. Taylor has taught part time at Pellissippi State Community College, the University of Tennessee, and King University.
