451 Wuthering Heights: A Guided Reading

Literature/Film Studies | Available (Membership Required)

The recent release of a controversial film version has sparked new interest in this enduring classic “love story.” A complex novel, spanning two generations, Emily Bronte’s Wuthering Heights is a Gothic tale of obsession and revenge. The frame narrative, repetition of character names in successive generations, and multiple themes make it a challenging, but worthwhile read. Join us as we explore this work together. (Students will need an unabridged copy of the novel.)
