This class will be a brief overview of what the East Tennessee Human Resource Agency (ETHRA) does in our community. It will include the history of the agency, the services offered, it’s 44 programs and more.
Cynthia Plemens
Cynthia Plemens earned an associate degree in business management from Roane State Community College and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Tennessee Technological University. She is also a certified grant writer with the State of Tennessee. She is working towards a master’s degree in industrial psychology.
