This class will focus on the overlooked history of women seeking democracy. It will also focus on how to make sure that women seeking democracy are never overlooked again.

09 Women’s Suffrage Museum: Bringing History to Life
Mary Kellogg-Joslyn, alongside her husband John Joslyn, carved a remarkable path in television and entertainment industries. Their most notable achievement is the co-founding of the highly successful Titanic Museum Attractions in Branson, Missouri and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Kellogg-Joslyn’s impressive career spans decades at CBS Television Stations and The Walt Disney Company.
Wanda Sobieski
Wanda Sobieski earned a BA from Wichita State University; MA from the University of Tennessee and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She has worked tirelessly in the Knoxville community and received several awards from area groups. She is a member of the American, Tennessee and Knoxville Bar Associations.
