500 Ukrainian I
Language | Registration opens 8/4/26 9:00 AM EDT
This class is a continuation of Ukrainian I that began in the fall 2026 term. We will be using the book Beginner’s Ukrainian by Yuri Shevchuk, Third Edition, ISBN 978-0-7818-1439-3, available online or on order from Books-A-Million. There will be about an hour’s worth of homework weekly.
We will probably be no further than chapter 8 in the book, meaning that we will have covered the alphabet, print and cursive; the concepts of gender and case; pronouns; aspect; past tense verbs; accusative and locative cases; plural and singular nouns and adjectives; and numbers to 100. If you feel comfortable with these, feel free to join us.
