Dan Robbins retired from B&W Y-12 in 2013 after 47 years of company service. At Y-12 he was the director of the analytical laboratories. He is a chemistry graduate of UNC, Chapel Hill and a Princeton PhD. He retired as the founding chairman of Greenway Oak Ridge in 2024 after 31 years of service. He was named as one of the ORICL Teachers of the Year in 2025.
