Richelle Ballenger

Richelle Ballenger is a communicator, project leader, and accidental credit union advocate whose career spans marketing, operations, member experience, and community engagement. As Vice President of Member Experience at TN Members 1st Federal Credit Union, her work ranges from brand strategy and community initiatives to digital transformation, technology implantation, UX testing, employee training, and anything else the day might bring.

Richelle holds a BA in communications with a minor in political science and a MPA from the University of North Dakota.
