Rising global temperature affects us all. Even moderate physical adaptation to heat exposure will lessen your chance of being harmed by this particular climate action. After reviewing previous lectures of temperature regulation, this presentation will describe the biological mechanisms of heat adaptation followed by procedures that you can use to bring about such adaptation yourself.
